Thursday it was OVER 70 degrees F In Cheyenne WY… tonight –the same Thursday– we have a winter storm advisory with travel restrictions – snow and freezing rain. The short of it is, stay ready for bad weather and bad times. YUP, this tidbit IS that short.
Update for Saturday after the BIG storm….. The ground did get wet and it was down to freezing…. fizzled
