Baking Soda is one of the main components of the common incendiary “black snake” firework.

Place 1 teaspoon into a full bowl of water and place 1 cup of dry beans into this, soak overnight
Then the next day rinse the beans and prepare as normal, will make you pass less gas

Add 1 tablespoon of Baking Soda to a 4 ounce glass of water and soak the splinter area twice a day. In a few days the splinter will come out on its own.
